Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4-6 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup 

300 Westgate Dr. Houston, MN 55943 USA. Orders can be picked up Monday – Thursday from 7am – 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

During checkout, enter your address and scroll down to choose the ship option. Select “Pay On My Collect Account”. Scroll back up to the order notes box and state that you would like to pick up your order once ready.

Domestic Shipping Rates And Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada & Mexico. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Reach out to our support team ([email protected]) if you are located elsewhere to get quotes outside of North America.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flex Craft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These are customers’ responsibility.

ShipperHQ

We use ShipperHQ for calculating shipping our online orders. ShipperHQ is an advanced eCommerce shipping management platform.

Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

All refunds, returns, and exchanges must first be approved of by Flex Craft before shipping back. Flex Craft accepts returns for up to 30 days after delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will not be processed until the product has been received and inspected by Flex Craft. Should a return/refund not be approved by Flex Craft, return shipping charges will be the customers’ responsibility.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or missing product. Notify the driver upon delivery and notate on BOL if there are any noticeable defects with the order (in addition to notifying FC). Email Flex Craft within 7 days of receiving at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (please show how the product was received and any visible signs of damage). We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our full Refunds & Returns Policy for more details. Please note that if the order has been shipped on a collect account Flex Craft may refuse to submit a claim on the customers behalf, and a replacement order may need to be placed to obtain new product.
