Production Operator

Job Title: Production Operator

Department: Production Reports to: Production Supervisor

Essential Functions
     • Perform the various duties and functions of the production floor which include(s):
          o Packing and accessories
          o Punching steel
          o Painting product
          o Welding and fabricating

Non-Essential Functions
     • Assist in cleaning the production floor and break areas
     • Assist in other non-essential areas as assigned
       Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
     • Prior knowledge and skills working with industrial manufacturing equipment
     • Conscientious of all safety matters and concerns
     • Excellent hand eye coordination
     • Basic mathematical knowledge
     • Diligent and hardworking

Working Conditions
     As a production worker the majority of working hours will be spent standing and working with various equipment which requires the use
     of personal protective equipment.

Prior Working Experience
     Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial field preferred as well as experience working with welding, fabricating, and assembly.
     Willing to train the right individual.

Education
     High School Diploma or GED Required. 

Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager

Department: Sales Reports to: Administrative Manager

Essential Functions
     • Answer and document all inbound and outbound calls
     • Enter orders in accordingly; Assist in maintaining and updating those order
     • Perform proper and necessary estimations for all customer queries
     • On occasion, assist the sales team in tradeshows (set-up, tear down and working the booth), demonstrations, and appointments as             needed – Please note travel may be required
     • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
     • Schedule contact opportunities with customers and prospects to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our                      company’s relationship with them
     • Meeting planned sales goals
     • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products, as well as penetrate new markets and continue company growth
     • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators
       and competitors

Working Conditions
     The sales manager will spend the majority of the workday in the office assisting with all sales functions. Some travel required.

IT Tech & Programmer

Job Title: IT Tech & Programmer

Department: IT Tech & Programmer Reports to: Administrative & Production Managers

Essential Functions
     • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands based on current state, with the future state
       in mind
     • Manage daily operations of the IT department, equipment, drives, phones, etc.
     • Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
     • Update and maintain website(s)
     • Create an ERP system for our orders (this should be from cradle to grave of an order); Update and maintain this
     • Familiar with current marketing trends and bring outside of the box / innovative new concepts to team
     • Coordinate the IT needs of in-house and remote employees, as well as IT vendors and contractors
     • Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
     • Assist with the installation of new hardware/software and help train employees on its use
     • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department to promote growth and efficiency improvements
     • Develop custom scripts and applications based on our project priority list
     • Test applications regularly
     • Respond to all internal and external support requests
     • Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity
